Peach Springs cover photo

Hurricane, UT

Peach Springs

This corner lot home in Hurricane sits at the edge of new development, framed by wide desert views and the distant Pine Valley Mountains. The layout is straightforward and livable, with clean lines inside and out. Light wood-look floors run throughout, and the open floor plan keeps sightlines clear from room to room. The exterior mixes stucco with a dark stone accent on the front entry, giving the elevation some texture without overdoing it. The roof is a simple gable form with gray composition shingles. Inside, the bedrooms are sized right, with good closet space and direct access to bathrooms. Ceilings are vaulted in the main living areas, and black ceiling fans add a modern touch. The home feels grounded and uncluttered. It's built for how people actually live, not for show.
